26. Adnan and Hira said to their mother, “we like mangoes.”
Ans.
Adnan and Hira told their mother that they liked mangoes.
27. The judge said, “cell the next witness.”
Ans.
The judge ordered to cell the next witness.
28. The teacher said to the pupil, “Read the Paragraph and explain it into simple English.”
Ans.
The teacher ordered the pupil to read the paragraph and explain it in simple English.
29. She said to me, “ Do not waste your time in idle talk.”
Ans.
She forbade me to waste my time in idle talk.
30. He said to his sister, “Please say something.”
Ans.
He requested his sister to say something.
31. They said, “Have you ever visited Murre Hills?”
Ans.
They said if I had ever visited Muree Hills.
32. The teacher said, “Did you do your home task yesterday?”
Ans.
The teacher asked if I did my home task the previous day.
33. Rehan said, “Will you stop interfering in my work?”
Ans.
Rehan asked if I would stop interfering in her work.
34. She said, “Bring a glass of water for me.”
Ans.
She order to brings a glass of water for her.
35. Raza said, “Where are you going?”
Ans.
Raza asked where I was going?
36. The teacher said, “Who is the author of this book?”
Ans.
The teacher asked who was the author of that book?
37. He said to the stranger, “Who are you?”
Ans.
He asked the stranger who he was?
39. He said to me, “you are not running very fast.”
Ans.
He told me that I was not running very fast.
40. She said, “They have not eaten their meals.”
Ans.
She said that they had not eaten their meals.
41. He said, “I am watering the plants in the garden.”
Ans.
He said that he was watering the plants in the garden.
42. The teacher said, “I have often told us not to play with fire.”
Ans.
The teacher said that they had often told me not to play with fire.
43. Afshan said, “They will wait for us for one hour only.”
Ans.
Afshan said that they would wait for us for one hour only.
44. He said, “What do you want me to do?”
Ans.
He asked what I wanted him to do.
45. What does the father feel when he look at his son?
Ans.
He feels as if he is looking at his own-self.
46. He said, “God helps those who help themselves.”
Ans.
They said that God helps those who help themselves.
47. I said to Amjad, “Who has come to see you?”
Ans.
I asked Amjad who had come to see him.
48. You said, “Alas! I have missed the chance.”
Ans.
You exclaimed with sorrow that you had missed the chance.
49. My mother said to me, “Water keeps its level.”
Ans.
My mother told me that water keeps its level.
50. He said, “Hurrah! I have won the prize.”
Ans.
He exclaimed with joy that he had won the prize.
